I launched Anxious James in January 2021. It is a clothing brand on a mission to normalize the conversation around anxiety and mental health.​ I wanted to create a brand and a community that would help change the stigma around mental health and help people express those uncomfortable feelings and be able to share their stories in order to help themselves and others not feel so alone.

It is both a creative outlet and a chance to work with a topic I'm passionate about. Although I don't always have a lot of time to dedicate to the business I hope to continue learning and growing along with it!
